FILM SUBMISSION

Upload one MP4 file, 3-5 minutes in length. Maximum file size: 4GB. Please do not submit a YouTube or other link- a downloadable file is required. The film should feature only the athlete named in this form. Large video files may take 10-20 minutes to upload. Faster uploads may happen on computers connected to Wi-Fi. Please leave the browser open until the upload finishes.
